Answely is developed and operated by Lukas Wójcik in Łódź – on our own hardware, with our own AI.

Who is behind it

The provider is LW IT Solutions Company Lukas Wójcik, a sole proprietorship of Lukas Wójcik based in Łódź, Poland. The same provider also operates reactive.chat, MousePlayer, consented.eu and Stats4U.

Where Answely runs

Answely runs on our own hardware in Łódź. There is no hosting provider between you and us, and the AI is our own, self-hosted on our own servers in the EU. The service providers we do use, for example for payments and email, are listed under sub-processors.

What we stick to

• Sourced or not at all. Answely only answers from sections of your pages that support the answer, and names its sources. Without evidence there is no answer.
• Labelled. Every answer is labelled as AI-generated.
• Sparing with data. New websites start in ephemeral mode, where neither question nor answer is stored.
• Your content stays yours. Answely only reads it to generate answers on your website and does not train AI models with it.
• No borrowed references. We only publish customer references with explicit approval; the demo in the docs is not a customer reference.

Languages

Answely and your account are available in 60 languages, and the answer box replies in more than 30; our support answers in German, English and Polish.
